Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

We accept returns on products shipped by English to Russian Translation if:

• The item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong dictionary or quality issues)
• The item(s) are returned with valid proof of purchase
• The dictionary is in its original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made dictionaries
• Digital dictionary downloads or software
• Dictionaries with obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. Our team will inspect the returned dictionary
2. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return
3. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
5. Credit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• For orders with multiple items, we will only refund the returned items

Return Shipping

To return your dictionary:

1. Contact us at ask@english-to-russian-translation.com to initiate the return process
2. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
3. Package the dictionary securely in its original packaging
4. Include your order number and return reason
5. Ship to our return address (not the original shipping address)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failed delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
• Loss of products after confirmed delivery by shipping carriers
• Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
• Returns initiated after the 30-day return period
